Our Departments
This is a list of departments available for people to join and be part of at Kehillah Studios. There's an option to be trained in any of these areas. We also have other areas not listed below that people can be involved in and/or get trained in: Pre-Production [Concept Art, Storyboarding, Scriptwriting], Production [Character Modelling, Texturing, Rigging, Environment Art/Modelling, Lighting, Rendering], Post-Production [Visual Effects, Compositing, Editing, Sound Design/Music Production].
Animation
This section of the community will include creative individuals who specialise in Animation and individuals who have learnt and improved in Animation development.
Types of Animation we primarily specialise in:
* 3D Animation
* Motion Design/Graphics
* Stop-Motion Animation
Acting
This section of the community will include creative individuals who has skills in acting and individuals who have been trained and improved in their acting skills. Our actors will be needed in filmmaking and for acting reference during our animation production.
Filmmaking
​This section of the community will include creative individuals who specialise in Filmmaking and individuals who have learnt and improved in Filmmaking development. This area will involve the art of storytelling through motion picture and a number of complex and discrete stages, beginning with an initial story, idea, or commission.
Games Design/Art
This section of the community will include creative individuals who specialise in Games Art/Design and individuals who have learnt and improved in Games Art/Design development. This area will involve the making and shaping the characters, environment, props, game assets, visual effects, and user interface in a game [games art] as well as designing the concept, game mechanics, rules, story, plots, levels, and user experience [games design].
Graphic Design
This section of the community will include creative individuals who specialise in Graphic Design and individuals who have learnt and improved in Graphic Design development. This area will involve creating visual branding, adverts, product packaging and displays.

Illustration
This section of the community will include creative individuals who specialise in Illustrations and individuals who have learnt and improved in Illustration development.This area will involve the designing process of our film covers and thumbnails, particularly for animated films.
Marketing
This section of the community will include creative individuals who specialise in Marketing and individuals who have learnt and improved in Marketing development. This involves the promotion and advertisement of our films and events through the use of social media.
Photography
This section of the community will include creative individuals who specialise in Photography and individuals who have learnt and improved in Photography development. This will include taking portraits of individuals/families, event photography, wedding photography, newborn/pregnancy photography, headphones photography, fashion photography and just taking photos for research as part of our projects.
Storytelling
This section of the community will include creative individuals who have a skill in Storytelling and would be the brains behind our unique African stories shown in our Animations and Films.
Voice Acting
This section of the community will include creative individuals who are skilled in Voice Acting and individuals who have learnt and improved in Voice Acting development. This would include recording voices for our animated characters and narration of our films.
Training/Development
This section of the community will include individuals who do not have much creative skills and have an interest in learning any of our available disciplines by any experienced practitioner of the creative team. Once you have received some level of training and development, you'll join any discipline of your interest and be part of any creative project we'll be working in.
Visual Effects
This section of the community will include creative individuals who specialise in Visual Effects and individuals who have learnt and improved in Visual Effects development.
